At StillFresh, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your product, we're here to help. Please read our Return & Refund Policy below:

1. Returns Eligibility 
We accept returns only for damaged or defective products. If your product arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Products must be in their sealed original packaging and unused for a return to be processed.

2. Non-returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on products that have been used or opened, unless defective.

3. Refund Process  
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

4. How to Return a Product
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at Hello@stillfresh.in with the following details:
  - Order number  
  - Photos of the damaged or defective product  
  - Reason for return

Our team will provide you with return instructions.

5. Shipping for Returns
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like to exchange a product, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

7. Exceptions
If you receive a wrong product or if there’s a mistake in the order, we will replace the product at no additional cost.
